GOTZ HAPPY KIDS DOLLS

This is Katie a Happy Kids doll by Gotz. I love these modern play dolls.

They have such character and these days also have movable joints .

I picked Katie up secondhand and already had the snowsuit and boots waiting.

She’s got sweet freckles and I have always loved the red haired dolls, so although I fought it for a while , in the end , she had to come home.

Here she is with her sister Clara another of the Happy Kids dolls.

She’s wearing most of her original outfit plus new boots, hat, scarf and mittens.

My two other modern Gotz dolls are both Hannah’s, The red haired girl on

the right I have had for about six years, her joints are not movable and

the blonde on the left is another secondhand doll and I have had her about

Four years,both are redressed.

All without hats, you can see the Clara as a fringe and is from the 2013 design.

KATHE KRUSE DOLLS

I have long been a lover of the Kathe Kruse dolls and had a small collection that I have recently added to.

 

This is Constantine a 52 cm boy Kathe Kruse doll, he is lovely and big and so beautifully dressed.

 

He has one of my favourite hair and eye combo’s of Blonde hair with the brown eyes.

 

 

Here we have Alix’s a blonde blue eyed girl from 2010, then Constantine at the back,a 70’s toddler boy at the front with his sister another seventies girl in the red skirt and top and then next to her Florian an 80’s boy.

Here are my current Kathe Kruse family a little like the Von Trapps! I think I could do with a few more brunettes and a red head, plus some tall girls and small boys!

There is always something that needs adding or tweaking.
